Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how CMDT AI Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on cmdt.ai and within the CMDT Visualization platform and CMDT AI web interfaces.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device when visiting a website. They allow a site to recognize a device across visits and to store certain information about that visit.

2. Categories of Cookies CMDT Uses

2.1 Strictly Necessary

These cookies are required for the Services to function, such as maintaining a User's logged-in session, and cannot be disabled.

2.2 Analytics

CMDT currently uses Google Analytics to understand how the Services are used, such as which pages or features are accessed, so CMDT can improve them. Google Analytics is presently configured with its default settings, and CMDT has decided to keep that configuration for now.

2.3 Marketing

CMDT does not currently use marketing cookies. If CMDT begins using marketing cookies, this section will be updated to name the specific tools involved.

3. Managing Cookies

Users can manage or disable non-essential cookies through their browser settings. CMDT does not currently operate a cookie consent banner on cmdt.ai, as CMDT has not observed meaningful EU/UK visitor traffic to date and does not currently expect or prepare for such traffic. CMDT is evaluating a cookie consent management tool, such as Cookiebot, as a general best practice, and will update this Policy if one is adopted.

4. Changes to This Policy

CMDT may update this Policy as its use of cookies and similar technologies changes.
